How do I know if I qualify for the $1 shipping?

Just add some items in your cart, and click checkout. At the checkout stage, enter your delivery address. If you qualify, the $1 shipping option will appear. Please note that the 5km radius is automatically calculated from the location of the pharmacy to your delivery address.

 

Who actually delivers my products? Would it be Australia Post?

No - If you live within the 5km radius, your parcel will likely be delivered on the same day (depending on stock availability) using our current pharmacy staff. We also have a team of delivery drivers who are employed by us to deliver your order if you live further out. In the case that you live interstate or areas that our driving team do not regularly deliver to, we use external couriers (tracking available). We are currently not using Australia Post because of the delays caused by the current restrictions in Melbourne.

 

I am unwell and have consulted an online/telehealth appointment with my doctor. Can I have my prescription sent to the pharmacy to be picked up later or possibly delivered?

Yes, please contact us via the contact page (you can find the link at the bottom of the homepage) or use the online chat. We can sort something out for you. If you are using Instascripts, please select "Seutika Pharmacy" as your preferred pharmacy so that your scripts get sent to us.

 

I am after a pharmacy that can help mix some creams that my doctor has prescribed. Do you do this?

We would need to see the prescription first but generally yes we can. Please contact the pharmacy and a pharmacist (or technician) will be able to help you - along with prices and delivery options.
